Cancellations & Changes

Due to our fast production and shipping, we can't cancel or change an order once it is placed.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is not delivered by UPS or USPS and returned to our warehouse, the Returns & Refunds policy is in effect.

 

Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not accept deposits.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary depending on the service:

  • Printing (DTF, screen printing, etc.): 7–10 business days from the time the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed.


Returns & Refunds

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error.
  • If an error occurs on our part (e.g., incorrect design, color mismatch, defective product), please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Orders that have been approved and produced as requested are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Please contact us immediately with photos of the defective/damaged items. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and receiving a replacement.

Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Major Defects

All products are "First Quality" and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact Printing@epuapparel.com within 72 hours of receiving your order with full description and photos. Please email us at Printing@epullc.com

Pickup window

all customers are expected to pick up their T-shirt order within 10 business days of receiving notification at their order is ready. The pick up window is from Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 4:30 PM.

Late pick up penalty:

First instance: If a customer does not pick up their order within the specified 7 business date. They will receive a reminder notification.

Second instance:  if the order remains uncollected after use an additional 7 days 14 days from the original) a late fee of $10 will be applied.

Third instance and beyond: for orders uncollected after 21 days from the initial notification, the late fee will increase to $25. Additionally, we may consider the order for resale or donation at our discretion.

Disclosure 3D Shirts

Creasing may accrue. Sublimation works by printing a design into white fabric, and if there are areas of the garment that are unreached by the design, they’ll stay white. This can be caused by accidental folding or small amounts of moisture that accumulate on the transfer paper. This generally accrue under the arms, around the neck/sides.

Exceptions: exceptions to this policy may be made for extraordinary circumstances. Customer should contact us as soon as possible if they anticipate being unable to pick up their order within the designated timeframe.
