Before we can begin any embroidery or patch project, your design must be uploaded and or digitized.
Digitizing is a one-time setup process that converts your logo or image into a special embroidery file. This file tells our machines exactly how to stitch your design including stitch direction, thread color transitions, and texture details.
Why it matters:
Standard image files like JPG, PNG, or vector formats cannot be stitched directly. Digitizing ensures your artwork is formatted correctly, looks sharp when embroidered, and runs smoothly on our machines.
