How do I place an order?

Give us a call or email us with your design and order details. We’ll send you a personalized quote based on your needs.

Turnaround Time

How long does it take to complete an order?

Turnaround times vary depending on the service:

Printing (DTF, screen printing, etc.)

Orders can take up to 7–10 business days from the time of mock-up approval and full payment to be completed. This allows us time for proper design preparation, print production, curing, and quality control to ensure every order meets our high standards.

Embroidery:

Embroidery orders also take 10–15 business days, but for different reasons. Embroidery involves digitizing your design, reviewing stitch count, selecting threads, and running each item on embroidery machines individually. This process takes more time and precision than print production.

Rush services are available for both printing and embroidery. Contact us for rush availability and fees.

How can I pay for my order?

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, uncovered payments and American Express over the phone.

Do you offer rush printing or embroidery?

Yes. Rush services are available depending on order size and current production capacity. Additional fees may apply.

What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum order required, we serve small and large orders with the same care.

 

Shipping & Pickup

What are your shipping times?

- Orders placed before 2PM CST ship the same day.

- Orders placed after 2PM CST ship the next business day.

- UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

- UPS Air: 1 business day

Can I pick up my order locally?Yes! We offer local pickup at two locations in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Select the "local pickup" option during checkout to avoid shipping delays and fees.


Product & Print Info

What size can I print on a T-shirt?

- Standard full front/back: up to 14" wide × 15" tall

- Pocket prints: 4"–5" wide

We recommend designs that look good across all sizes, including youth tees. Additional screens may be needed for size variations.

Do you charge for setup or gang sheets?

No setup fee! You can create your own gang sheets using our online tool.

 

Can I provide my own shirts? 

Yes, we allow customers to bring their own garments.


Can I mix and match shirt sizes and colors?

Yes! You're welcome to mix sizes and colors within your order.


Why do 2XL and larger shirts cost more?

Larger garments require more material, which increases production costs.

 

Embroidery FAQ

How is embroidery priced?

Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count, more detailed or larger designs require more stitches, which affects pricing.

What file do I need for embroidery?

We need a digitized embroidery file (e.g., .DST, .PES). If you don’t have one, we offer digitizing services for a small fee.

What’s the turnaround time for embroidery?

Embroidery orders typically take 10–15 business days due to the manual and detailed process. This includes digitizing, material prep, thread setup, and stitching.


Can I bring my own garments for embroidery? Yes, as long as the fabric is embroidery-friendly.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing

What are the heat press settings for DTF transfers? 

- Temperature: 315°F

- Press Time: 6 seconds

-Tip: We highly recommend double pressing for the best finish.


Can I lower transparency in my designs?

No. Lowering transparency can result in poor pressing and uneven visuals. For a faded look, use lighter shades or lower-opacity color fills instead of altering transparency settings.


Returns & Refunds


Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

We only accept returns if the issue is on our end (e.g., incorrect item, misprint). All items must be returned before a refund is issued.
