What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a modern apparel printing method where designs are printed onto a special film and then heat-pressed onto garments. It allows for full-color designs, fine details, and strong durability without the need for screen setup. DTF is ideal for smaller orders, detailed artwork, and fast turnaround while maintaining a professional finish.
What are the heat press settings for DTF transfers?
- Temperature: 315°F
- Press Time: 6 seconds
- Tip: We highly recommend double pressing for the best finish and durability.
Can I lower transparency in my designs?
No. Lowering transparency can result in poor pressing and uneven visuals. For a faded look, use lighter color tones instead of adjusting transparency.
Turnaround Time
How long does it take to complete an order? 24 Hours after 12pm Monday-Sun
Turnaround times vary depending on the service:
Printing (DTF, Screen Printing, etc.)
Orders typically take 7–10 business days from the time of mock-up approval and full payment. This allows time for design preparation, production, curing, and quality control.
Failure to provide approval within 7–10 business days of receiving your proof may result in:
- Delays in project completion and delivery
- Rescheduling based on current production capacity
- Additional rush fees if expedited service is requested
- In some cases, cancellation without refund if the order cannot be completed within the requested timeframe
Embroidery
Embroidery orders typically take 10–15 business days due to digitizing, stitch count review, thread selection, and individual machine runs.
Rush Services
Rush services are available depending on order size and current production capacity. Additional fees may apply.

How do I place an order?

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and phone payments.
What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum order required. We serve both small and large orders with the same care.
Shipping & Pickup
What are your shipping times?
- DTF orders placed before 12:00 PM CST ship the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the next business day
- UPS Ground: 3–5 business days
- UPS Air: 1 business day
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. We offer local pickup at our locations in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Select “Local Pickup” during checkout to avoid shipping delays and fees.
Product & Print Information
What size can I print on a T-shirt?
- Standard full front/back prints: up to 14” W × 15” H
- Pocket or left-chest prints: 3”–5” wide
We recommend designs that scale well across all sizes, including youth garments.
Do you charge setup fees or gang sheet fees?
No setup fees online. Customers may create their own gang sheets using our online tool.
Can I provide my own shirts?
Only in store shopping can customers may supply their own garments, not online orders.
Can I mix and match shirt sizes and colors?
Yes, sizes and colors may be mixed within the same order.
Why do 2XL and larger shirts cost more?
Larger garments require additional materials, which increases production costs.
Embroidery FAQ
How is embroidery priced?
Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count. Larger or more detailed designs require more stitches.
What file format is required for embroidery?
We require a digitized embroidery file (DST, .EMB). Digitizing services are available if needed.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes, as long as the fabric is suitable for embroidery.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
All custom orders require time, materials, and labor, so refunds are not offered on custom work.
If an error occurs on our end, we will reprint the affected items at no additional cost.
